KUALA LUMPUR, April 26 — Fans of Taiwanese rock duo Dongli Huoche (Power Station) get ready your dancing shoes and be prepared to sing along with the group that will be performing here on September 23.
The last time the group, consisting of Yu Chiu-hsin and Yen Chih-lin, performed in Malaysia was in 2018.
The news of the duo’s impending concert was shared by their recording label HIM International Music on their social media accounts.
According to the label, the concert has been scheduled to be held at Axiata Arena in Bukit Jalil although further details such as ticket sales and time of the concert have yet to be announced.
Fans are, however, urged to follow the label and the duo’s social media accounts to keep themselves updated.
The stopover was part of the group’s Because of Love world tour that began at Taipei in Taiwan.
Yu and Yen, both of the Paiwan tribe of Taiwan’s Pingtung County, have been active since 1997.
Their music is characterised by their energetic rock ballads and electrifying rock anthems with their looks making them stand out from the mainstream Taiwan pop scene.
