KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 3 — Blackpink’s Jisoo officially launched her own YouTube channel on her birthday.

Her first video uploaded yesterday, ‘London Vlog’, follows the 28-year-old during her stay in the UK with fellow group member, Lisa.

The video features Jisoo exercising, eating at restaurants, and visiting picturesque sights in London during her downtime.

The YouTube channel, named ‘Happiness Jisoo 103%’, will be donating all its profits to ‘those in need’.

The South Korean K-pop star wrote in the description that she hopes this will ‘increase everyone’s happiness index’.

In the video, Jisoo told fans that she had a very ‘strategic and planned’ idea in her mind for her first video, but decided to take a more casual approach.

“I wanted to portray London as a whole and make this ‘London Vlog’ into a success,” she said.

“I wanted people to feel satisfied by looking at the video as if they’ve been to London, but this was just...a peek of London in my daily life.”

Meanwhile, the singer officially confirmed on December 31, 2022 that she will finally release her solo album in 2023.

This will make her the final Blankpink member to release a solo music project.

Jisoo is also the last member of Blackpink to join YouTube with Lisa, Jennie, and Rose already having their own solo channels.
