KUALA LUMPUR, December 29 — After months of speculations, Sabah hip hop group K-Clique have finally revealed that one of its members, Tuju, is no longer part of the group.

This follows Tuju’s continued absence in K-Clique’s recent performances, which have raised questions on the rapper’s status within the group.

Addressing speculations, K-Clique’s member Noki or his real name Ahmad Ikhwan Aji confirmed that Tuju is no longer part of their crew, as reported by Gempak.

"We were frequently asked ‘where’s Tuju?’ ‘Why didn’t Tuju perform with us? So, I would like to officially announce that Tuju is no longer with K-Clique anymore.

"Tuju has actually exited the group. I think it’s been three or four months if I'm not mistaken. We didn’t throw him out, the decision was his own choice.

"Maybe he wants to focus on the Tuju and Loca brand and their family. The reason I’m announcing it is because every time we share a video or photo (on social media), fans would almost always ask the same question in the comments,” Noki said.

Tuju and his wife, Loca B, recently dropped a couple of new tracks earlier in December with one of them titled BNKR.

In BNKR, the couple rap about getting cheated in the entertainment industry.

"Regarding the newly released song by Tuju and Loca B, I’m taking the approach of not giving any comment on it. Our focus is only on ourselves and our career.

"For me, the song is good and if their intention is to make a name for themselves in the industry, then by all means, proceed because we will always support their career.

"But if their intention was to diss us through the song, it’s up to them then. This is why we don’t want to comment on the issue and we leave it all to them,” Noki said.

Meanwhile, talking to portal MStar, Noki said that he hasn't gotten in touch with Tuju ever since his exit.

He added that Tuju’s absence won’t pose a problem to K-Clique as they’ve completed all their previous works together.

"The same for our performances. We will continue as usual. It doesn’t affect us in any way,” he said.

The eight-member hip hop group were formed back in 2014 and have made waves in 2018 for their hits such as Lane Lain Line and Sah Tu Satu.

Their other members include MK, SoMean, KDeaf, FareedPF, Gnello and NastyNas.
