KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 21 — Hong Kong-based Malaysian singer Shila Amzah is about to have her first ever concert in Perth, Australia next month!
The Mandarin-singing songstress who is already a well-known singer in Malaysia has been gaining immense success in China, Taiwan, Singapore and recently Hong Kong as she has successfully broken into the country’s market with some covers of Cantonese songs.
Now, Shila would be visiting Australia for the very first time for her “Shila Amzah Colourful World Perth Concert” on February 12, 2016 at Crown Perth Astral Ballroom.
In an interview with Mandarin Beats, Perth’s Chinese Radio Programme, Shila revealed that she has never been to Australia before and she is grateful to be given the chance. She also revealed that her goal for this year is to travel to a lot of different places.
“I've never been to Australia before and now I've got the chance,” Shila said. “I would love to go to many other places and reach out to the fans. I hope that through my music, I get to unite people. That is my goal.”
