KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 5 — Malaysian actress and model Carmen Soo got married to her boyfriend Benson Tan last Friday in Bali, Indonesia with Malaysian singer Nicholas Teo there to officiate the union.

“With the beautiful Bali sky, the Indian Ocean, our dearest celebrant Nicholas, our families and dearest friends as witnesses, may we always have something to laugh about together,” said the actress in one of her Instagram pictures.

Carmen started her modelling career at the age of 17. She moved to Hong Kong to further her modelling career and had her actress debut as an extra in Jackie Chan’s 1999 movie titled “Gorgeous” alongside Shu Qi.

She also appeared in music videos for the likes of Aaron Kwok and Jacky Cheung.

Soo was last seen playing Naa in the 2013 Singaporean horror “Ghost Child” directed by Gilbert Chan. — TheHive.Asia
