KUALA LUMPUR, May 23 — Property developer LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) has launched its inaugural lucky draw for the LBS Fabulous Extra 2022-2023 campaign, featuring prizes worth up to RM400,000.
The first round of the lucky draw went live on the LBS Facebook page on May 3, where a total of 600 lucky draw winners were randomly selected among LBS home purchasers.
“LBS will always have our home buyers’ interests at heart and we will continue to do our very best to add value to their purchase,” LBS chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San said in a statement.
“I hope with this lucky draw, we can bring a broader smile to their faces anytime they decide to make an LBS property their home.”
The prize-giving ceremony was held on May 20 at KITA @ Cybersouth sales gallery.
LBS said the grand prizes have also been upgraded to five Perodua Axia cars.
Other prizes include SM Sport 110 motorcycles, washing machines, refrigerators, household appliances, hi-fi system, and many more.
A special prize of an Ogawa Smart Reluxe Massage Chair worth RM10,999 was also given away as part of the LBS loyalty programme.
Homebuyers who purchase LBS’ participating properties priced at RM300,001 and above between July 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 automatically qualified for the first lucky draw.
Participants who did not win in the first round will automatically be entered for the second draw.
“While working towards making homeownership attainable to the masses, LBS continues to curate a unique homebuying experience and redefine it beyond just a one-off affair,” said Lim.
LBS also highlighted additional incentives for homebuyers including reduced booking fees, exemption from legal fees, a loyalty reward programme, flexible payment options, zero exit fees, and a package.
