KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 10 — Armada Istimewa Sdn Bhd has awarded Nestcon Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd a contract to construct a 47-storey mixed commercial development in Kuala Lumpur worth RM200 million.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Nestcon said the contract involves the construction and completion of earthworks, piling and pile caps, retaining wall, substructure, main building and infrastructure works for 320 serviced apartment units and 354 strata office units with facilities, podium car park, shops and restaurants/bars.
The 41-month contract ends on or before June 16, 2026, it said. Armada Istimewa is principally involved in real estate activities. — Bernama
