MUAR, June 12 — Johor police are seeking three men to be important witnesses in a drug-related case at the High Court here.

Muar police chief Assistant Commissioner Raiz Mukhliz Azman Aziz said the three — Muhammad Najib Somadin, 32; Muhamad Zaki Johari, 40; and Muhammad Diah Abas, 42 — were all locals.

“Muhammad Najib was last listed as staying in Taman Cempaka 2 and Muhamad Zaki in Kampung Parit Jarum. Both are in Bukit Gambir in Tangkak.

“The other person is Muhammad Diah, whose last address is in Jalan Datuk Haji Hassan in Muar.

“All three are required to appear as important witnesses for a case under Section 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952,” he said in a statement today.

Raiz Mukhliz appealed to members of the public with information about the three to contact investigating officer Inspector Nur Amira Moklas at 012-3316326 or 06-9564800.

“Any information or on the whereabouts related to any of the three men can also be passed on to the nearest police station,” he said.
