KUALA LUMPUR, June 1 — Malaysia’s leading coworking space provider WORQ has just launched a new 15,000 square feet space in Menara UOA Bangsar (MUB).
A key part of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) of MUB, the space will serve as a growth hub for local startups and tech businesses.
WORQ plans to triple its market presence and footprint in Malaysia in the next two years, through more joint investments with landlords.

WORQ Co-founder and CEO Stephanie Ping said in a statement that the new outlet will attract new tenants that seek flexible office solutions and Menara UOA’s amenities.

The two organisations previously collaborated at WORQ Subang in UOA Business Park, they achieved full occupancy within a month and shattered industry standards of up to 12 months.
Now known as the Tech Collective, the space functions as a hub for learning, collaboration, and building business opportunities and connections.
In an effort to innovate Malaysia’s technological ecosystem. WORQ and MUB plan to create spaces to spur technological advancements, collaboration, and growth.
