KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 14 — Fresh from celebrating his 75th birthday, veteran Hong Kong crooner George Lam Tsz-Cheung is not showing signs of slowing down.
Postponed several times due to the Covid-19 pandemic, his George Lam The Smiling Concert is confirmed to be held on Boxing Day (Dec 26).
This is Lam's first concert since 2019, hk01 reported.
According to the portal, Lam, who is married to singer Sally Yeh, will only have one date for the concert.
Hence, the organiser said fans must cherish the show which would see Lam performing his classics.
News of the resumption of the concert was announced on Lam's birthday on Tuesday (Oct 12).
The concert will be held at the AsiaWorld-Arena, which is the largest indoor seated performance venue in Hong Kong.
