Finnish govt: Russia war changes Finland’s security environment

HELSINKI, April 13 — Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has profoundly changed Finland’s security environment, according to a Finnish government white paper issued today.

Nato membership would increase Finland’s defence budget by 1-1.5 per cent, according to the document. — Reuters
