LOS ANGELES, Sept 23 — Christina Ricci as Morticia Addams from “The Addams Family”?

Before you start getting your hopes high for a reboot film, we have to tell you that it’s actually just a Photoshopped image of Ricci dressed as Morticia Addams — but that picture was more than enough to send the Internet into a frenzy!  

The 35-year-old star was just 11 when she appeared as Wednesday Addams, daughter of Morticia (Anjelica Huston) and Gomez Addams (Raul Julia), in the 1991 movie remake of the classic television series.

According to Yahoo, Ricci's head was edited onto Anjelica Huston’s body from a picture taken in the early ‘90s. Clad in her black threads, Morticia has her hair slicked down and is resting her arm on a chair.

Even though it’s a fake, the image immediately went viral with many fans begging for a reboot.
