The acquisition will be funded internally, Luster Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd Deputy Managing Director Liang Wooi Gee said. Luster Precision is a unit of Luster Industries, an integrated manufacturer of high precision plastic parts and component. "We will then invest up to RM100 million over the next two to three years," he told a press conference after the signing of the deal here. Liang said the plans include expanding the number of lottery outlets in Cambodia to 50 this year and to 200 over the next two years from 10 currently. The acquisition, he said, would give the company an additional US$3 million (RM10.64 million) profit over the next three years.  — Bernama
