Zahid isn't on leave, Anwar says amid rumour DPM away for two weeks

CYBERJAYA, June 16 — Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today denied claims that Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi is on a two-week leave.

Asked whether the Umno president was on leave and outside of the country, the prime minister answered in the negative.

"Nope,” he briefly told reporters after performing his Friday prayers at Masjid Raja Haji Fisabilillah here.
