KOTA KINABALU, Nov 1 — MASwings has offered fare promotion in the "Jom Balik Undi” campaign in conjunction with the coming 15th General Election (GE15) especially for Sabah and Sarawak voters to come home to vote on November 19.

MASwings chief operating officer Captain Nasaruddin A. Bakar said in a statement today that the promotion price starting from RM135 for one way all-in fares open for booking from today to November 30 and is also good for travel up to December 31.

He said there will be an increase from 21 times weekly to 28 times weekly flights for Miri-Labuan, Miri-Sibu, Kota Kinabalu-Lahad Datu and Kota Kinabalu-Labuan from November 18 until 21.

"For Kuching-Limbang flights, MASwings’ current operations on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays will be increased to two times daily on November 18 and 20,” he said.

Nasaruddin noted that MASwings will also mount additional flights to accommodate the surge in demand expected to several routes within Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan Federal Territory.

He said being the pulse of Borneo, MASwings is committed to provide a safe and reliable air transport to support and accommodate the coming GE15 movement and urge local voters to travel back to their hometown enabling them to fulfil their rights as a Malaysian citizen.
