"I admit that it’s not going to be easy this time but I’m still confident with my record and InshaAllah (God willing) there are still things that we can improve and I accepted the criticisms.

"But overall I feel like I will be able to defend my record here as well as getting the mandate from the people of Setiawangsa,” he said after launching his fundraising campaign at Flamingo Hotel here.

Nik Nazmi further explained that PH will focus on the issues of bread and butter especially in the manifesto that was scheduled to be announced next week.

Nik Nazmi has won the seat in 2018 defeating Barisan Nasional (BN) Tan Sri Zulhasnan Rafique and Ubaid Abd Akla from PAS with a staggering 14,372 majority vote.
