"The ATM will use existing facilities such as trucks, boats and helicopters to the targeted areas,” he said in a statement today.

In a related matter, Ismail Sabri said he will ensure that the Ministry of Defence will receive more vaccines including for military personnel, their families, as well as civilians who work in the ministry.

"The Ministry of Defence will continue to be committed to ensuring that all members of the ATM, their families and civil servants of the Ministry of Defense will receive the vaccine given the risk of their deployment as the front line and are highly vulnerable to this epidemic,” he said.

Ismail said he had also visited the Vaccine Distribution Centre at Kem Perdana Sungai Besi under the management of the Malaysian Army and believes that it will be a success.
